There is room for both a large dining table and lounge furniture as well as an outdoor kitchen. Inside the house there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. The living room connects to the dining room and has an open plan with the kitchen. In the living room there is a stove that can be fired with wood or pellets. It provides a very cozy warmth during the winter. Glass doors to the veranda provide a lot of light and there is direct access to the pool. AC is in the living room and both bedrooms and has both heating and cooling. The Eagles Nest area is popular and actually belongs to Miguel de Salinas which means it is always clean and tidy. There is also a communal pool with green area that you can use. The fee for the community is only €50 per year.
